Sport Specific Workouts

Range of Motion Strength Test for Proper Bands

1.Start with each foot on discs pointing in at 45* and rotate feet open  as far as possible. 

2. Start with each foot pointing outward at 45* and rotate feet inward as far as possible

3. Now add bands ( use whatever color you can only rotate to 12 o’clock position 1 way 

Core Test For Proper Bands

1. Place 1 band from main board peg to arm extensions peg

2. Place Board flat on the ground with the arm side up to the wall

3. With hands placed on the wall shoulder distance apart rotate the middle board to a 45* angle with both feet pointing at the wall and hold for 5 sec

4. Repeat above test but this time Feet and Main Board will be at a 45* angle and hold for 5 sec.

Sport Specific Workouts

WORKOUTS

1. Start with feet turned in at 45* and rotate one at a time externally to at least 45*  do this to both sides for 10 reps each

2. Start with feet turned outward at 45* and rotate interlay to at least 45* for 10 reps each side 

3. Start with both feet pointing at 45* facing left and rotate feet together trying to reach 45* pointing right. Do this both ways (eyes and head should remain facing in starting direction
